Catch it, Bin it, Kill it was a campaign launched in 2013 to encourage people in the UK to reduce the spread of flu by having good respiratory and hand hygiene practices. It encouraged carrying tissues, using them to catch a cough or sneeze, bin it and then kill the germs by washing hands.[1][2][3]
