Andrew Sabisky is a 27-year-old political advisor working in the office of UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.[1].

He describes himself as a High Anglican and believes that there are very real differences in intelligence between people of different races. This latter view, known as Eugenics caused concern among politicians of all parties in the UK Parliamnent only a few days after Mr Sabisky's appointment in February 2020[2].

Critics complain that Sabisky's views on the relative IQs of black and white people make him unfit for his powerful role advising the UK prime minister.

"He wrote: ‘If the mean black American IQ is (best estimate based on a century’s worth of data) around 85, as compared to a mean white American IQ of 100, then if IQ is normally distributed, you will see a far greater percentage of blacks than whites in the range of IQs 75 or below, at which point we are close to the typical boundary for mild mental retardation. 'That parsimoniously explains the greater diagnostic rates for blacks when it comes to “Intellectual Disability[3]”.

Sabisky's views on enforced contraception[4] also raised concerns among politicians and some called for Boris Johnson to remove him.

Sabisky's position is controversial as he works under Dominic Cummings, another special advisor to Boris Johnson. Cummings has been described as 'running the government' by some ministers[5].
