Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Conservative Party of New Zealand is a political party in New Zealand. It advocates social Conservatism, the repeal of the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme and the child discipline law, and the use of binding referenda.[1] The party is led by former Auckland mayoral candidate Colin Craig.[2]
The party will contest the 2011 election, and intends to stand candidates in as many electorates as possible.[2] It is currently seeking the 500 members required to register and contest the party list.[1]
